How it works

From your first message to a long-term working relationship, here is exactly what happens and what we expect from each other. No surprises.

The process

Step 1: Apply
Tell us about your agency, your clients and the work you outsource today. It takes a couple of minutes. We reply and set up a short call.
You provide: your agency name, website and what you would like to outsource.
Step 2: Sign the NDA
Before we see any client detail or start any work, we sign a non-disclosure agreement. It also includes a commitment that we do not contact your clients.
You provide: a signature. We provide: the agreement.
Step 3: Your free first project
We build one complimentary website of up to 10 pages so you can judge our work, our process and our communication before committing to anything. Web applications are not part of the trial.
You provide: the brief, content and any designs.
Step 4: Build with your project manager
A dedicated project manager, fluent in English and assigned to your time zone, is your single point of contact. They confirm the scope, keep you updated and make sure revisions are handled quickly. Revisions are unlimited until the site goes live.
Step 5: Keep growing
If you like the work, we continue under our standard partner terms: fixed package prices, and one complete invoice on the 30th of each month. Many agencies send us more projects as they win more clients.
